- What you can ask about — Neighbourhood developments, building permits, zoning & land use, change of use, utilities (water, sewer, electricity), road & infrastructure projects, subdivision, boundary surveys, public spaces, and more.
- Be as specific as possible — If your inquiry relates to a specific plot or development, include the land reference or plot number. If it is a general question about your area, describe the location clearly.
- Attach supporting documents — Photos of site notices, maps, or any relevant documents help us respond more accurately.
- Response timeline — We aim to respond to all inquiries within 7 working days. You will be contacted via the phone or email you provide.
